BSTFLEX manufactures custom sewn bellows designed to protect moving machine components from dust, chips, abrasion, oil, coolant and heat. These flexible fabric bellows are commonly used for hydraulic cylinder rods, ball screws, lead screws, shafts, linear guides, machine ways and automation equipment.

Available constructions include round sewn bellows, rectangular bellows, wire-supported bellows and split or zippered bellows for easier installation. Different industrial fabrics can be selected according to operating temperature, abrasion resistance, oil exposure and environmental conditions.

Each sewn bellows can be customized according to inside dimensions, outside dimensions, extended length, compressed length, stroke, mounting method and application requirements. High-temperature and special fabric constructions are also available for demanding industrial environments.
